There was a time when Rouddy Suárez danced off-beat.
Literally.
He had no musical ear.
He didn’t understand the “5, 6, 7, 8.”
People laughed.
Until someone explained to him that music has structure.
And when he understood the structure… he stopped fighting the music and started to flow.
Years later he left dance.
He built a company.
The company collapsed.
His body shut down.
And in that moment he understood something bigger:
He had built businesses.
But he had abandoned his essence.
EVOLXION® was born there.

This is how the process works to become an Official Instructor
STEP 1 – Submit your application.
Complete the form and tell us about your experience, your level, and your real intention.
STEP 2 – We review your profile.
We analyze your profile and validate whether you meet the minimum standard to enter the training.
Not all profiles are accepted.
We look for commitment, discipline, and technical ability.
STEP 3 – Access the official training.
Access to the modules, practical evaluations, and technical review.
STEP 4 – Complete the practical evaluation.
If you meet the level, you obtain Certification + Active License.
If you meet the requirements, you obtain your official certification and authorization to represent the brand.
Certification may be denied if the minimum level is not reached in:
• Rhythm
• Musical ear
• Coordination
• Leadership ability
As you can see, it’s a process that is:

During the process, we work on coordination, musical structure, and stage presence.

What we do evaluate is your ability to follow the rhythm, learn choreographies, and lead a group.
The training is designed to be completed in approximately 4 intensive weeks.
During that time, you will work through the technical modules, learn the official choreographies, and go through the practical evaluations.
The goal is not to do it fast.
The goal is to do it right.
EVOLXION® does not certify automatically.
The license is only granted if the minimum standard is reached in:
• Rhythm.
• Musical ear.
• Coordination.
• Group leadership ability.
If the level is not yet sufficient, certification may be postponed until the standard is achieved.
Because protecting the standard protects every instructor in the system.
If you pass the process, you obtain:
• Official EVOLXION® certification.
• Active license to represent the discipline.
